Once you get your video back from us, you may use in online video distribution sites such as YouTube, Vimeo, or similar. You may also use the video on your website, your clients website, etc. You may also use GSTN videos for corporate messaging, training videos, in store displays, and similar.

You MAY NOT use these videos for broadcast, cable or local television, short or feature films, or any other TV medium.

Basically, you can use it for web, corporate, and training purposes, but not TV or Film.

Our typical turn around time is 7-10 business days. Rush orders can be delivered to you in 3-5 business days, but you must either call or request a custom quote for rush rates.

Green Screen or Chroma Keying is a technique for composting two or more images or video streams together based on color hues. These techniques have been used in major motion pictures, TV commercials, and live news broadcasts. This technique is also referred to as color keying or color-separation overlay (CSO). Chroma keying can be done with green or blue backgrounds. These are commonly used because they differ most distinctly in hue from most human skin colors.

Your video will be delivered to you in the standard industry formatting HD 1080p with the frame rate of 29.97 or 23.98, depending on your order selection.

Once your video is complete, it will be uploaded to your account and you will receive an e-mail notification. At that point, all you need to do is login to your account and download your video. Then you can upload it to Youtube, Video, your own web server, or any other distribution method you want.

Yes you can. This is something we do all the time for agencies and other media companies who may have editors, but simply don't have access to a large talent pool or an awesome studio like ours.

To order this, just select your talent, then fill out the order form on the actor's page. Under the choice "SELECT YOUR BACKGROUND", there is an option for raw green screen. Also, when ordering this way, please ensure that you DO NOT select YES to the "ADD MOTION GRAPHICS" option.

From there we'll shoot and send you a zip file of all of the footage we shoot. If it's a very large order however, it may be best to mail a drive with the footage due to size.

Yes, you most definitely can.

Most of our clients don't allow us to share the videos we create for them because of the nature of the videos. However, we do have this video for you to check out here that will show you how our footage will look both finished and un-keyed.

Alternately, you can download the full ProRes version here to test out the footage in your non-linear editor in case you want to edit and key the footage yourself, which is a popular choice for many digital agencies.

Of course you can and it's pretty easy. On the order form, choose the "custom upload" option in the "background" option and finish your order. After the order is complete, on the order confirmation screen, you'll see a file upload option there.

Alternately, you can click on "my account" link at the top of the site, then select orders followed by selecting the order you want to upload a file to. Once you do that, you'll see a big upload file box there. This image can be anything you'd like, but please note that the image should be at least 1920x1080 or it may look pixelated.

Also, if you choose to have raw green screen as your background method, you can do a chroma key yourself in whatever editing platform you choose and put anything you like in the background.

According to our terms and conditions, we only offer free reshoots if we mess something up. This streamlined process of ordering is one of the ways we're able to keep the price down and quality up. Any fault in the shoot due to incorrect ordering, script changes, lack of clarity in notes, etc. will no be eligible for a reshoot. For this reason, we advise that you ensure that the script and all notes are correct before submitting an order.

According to our terms and conditions: Each order will come with up to 3 minor re-edits as needed to fix things like timing, graphics (if ordered), background, coloring, and other editing aspect. This will not include anything that could involve a reshoot. Any re-edit must be with available materials. Any continued edits requested by the customer after these 3 will be subject to an additional charge, which would be negotiated before the work would take place.

We calculate each minute as a max of 150 words per minute. So, a 300 word script would be a 2 minute job. If you submit a script with more words than the length of the job you ordered, your job may get postponed or canceled.
